Galvano Screen Engraving
Ideal for printing fabrics with a hand-painted look, galvano screens use varying hole sizes and frequencies to vary the amount of ink
placed in any particular area. ROTHTEC has been making galvano screens for nearly 30 years. Because the holes of a galvano screen are
placed exactly as needed, there are no problems with moiré patterns or other processing artifacts. Screen lengths are variable from 500mm
up to 3500mm and available in standard repeat sizes: 640, 688, 820, 914 and 1018. Special repeat sizes on request. After engraving, rotary screens can be supplied either with endrings (any type Stork, Zimmer, Buser, Reggiani etc) in tubes or without
(inserted inside each other in flat boxes). Export orders are boxed for safe transportation. |
