Sometimes it takes 20 or more weeks to develop and deliver printed fabric. Even then, the designer or product development team may have to

to the printer. Someone, usually another party, interprets the design, and has a set of rotary screens engraved.
Making rotary screens is very expensive and time-consuming, when the print management is not professionally organized. Sometimes several
sets are even made before a design is approved. Rotary screen printing machines are sometimes incapable of reproducing intricacies of some
CAD designs and interpretation - a major ROTHTEC strength - becomes critical. Time and money are saved.
 With ROTHTEC, the customer does not need to have the screens engraved until he has seen the print and that is possible in a matter of
days, not weeks or months! ROTHTEC can deliver a quality fabric inkjet print that perfectly interprets the CAD design to rotary screen
engraving parameters. Changes and approvals can be made with fast, economical inkjets rather than engraved screens. When approved,
engraving ready file separations are available as digital media.
 Now customers can have their designs proofed, prototyped and even short-run printed, before even one screen is engraved. With
3D mapping,
a design can be visualized as the finished product – be it fashion, corporate uniform clothing, home textiles or even technical textiles -
